1. قبول الشروط

Acceptance of Terms

باستخدامك لموقع Arvella أو إتمام أي عملية شراء من خلاله، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.

By using the Arvella website or completing a purchase through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

Products & Pricing

نسعى لضمان دقة أوصاف وأسعار المنتجات المعروضة على موقعنا. تظل جميع الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق. في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو الوصف، نحتفظ بالحق في تصحيحه وإلغاء أو تعديل الطلب المتأثر.

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and prices listed on our website. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel or amend the affected order.

3. الطلبات والدفع

Orders & Payment

يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح أو تأكيد الطلب في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام (COD). نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب تتعلق بتوافر المنتج أو الاشتباه في عملية احتيال.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed, or upon order confirmation for Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability or suspected fraud.

4. الملكية الفكرية

Intellectual Property

جميع المحتويات الموجودة على الموقع، بما في ذلك الشعار والتصميمات والصور والنصوص، هي ملكية خاصة بـ Arvella، ولا يجوز استخدامها أو إعادة نشرها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

All content on this website, including the logo, designs, images, and text, is the property of Arvella and may not be used or republished without prior written consent.

5. استخدام الموقع

Use of the Website

يتعهد المستخدم باستخدام الموقع لأغراض قانونية فقط، وعدم القيام بأي نشاط قد يضر بالموقع أو بمستخدمين آخرين أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.

Users agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that could harm the website, other users, or infringe on the rights of others.

6. حدود المسؤولية

Limitation of Liability

لا تتحمل Arvella المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون المصري.

Arvella is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the website or its products, to the extent permitted by Egyptian law.

7. القانون الحاكم

Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتُفسر وفقًا لها، بما في ذلك قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
